General aspects of relevance in sample preparation (extraction, fractionation, "clean-up ', etc.) for chromatographic analysis. Traditional (LLE, SPE, steam drag, etc.) and modern sample preparation (SFE, SPME, SBSE). Analysis of organic compounds in different matrices by instrumental chromatographic methods (including hyphenated techniques).

It will be defined by the Professor according to the topic under discussion.
